TIME...

It was during 1999 that Windlesham decided to celebrate the coming of the new millennium with a spectacular ‘son et lumiere’ show and ‘time…’ was born. A rock concert stage, lasers, lights, fireworks and sound equipment
all arrived and were set up in front of the main building. All the Windlesham children were involved and the beneficiary was named as ‘The Prince’s Trust’.

It was an amazing evening and was, at the time, one of the most ambitious outdoor productions staged by a UK school. The main laser, parked over ½ mile away from the school lit up the sky and there are police records of this laser actually being seen over Paris!

It was also the first collaboration between HSL and Windlesham – something we are celebrating once again during Odyssey this year. 10 years on, the technology has advanced enormously, the size of the project is even bigger but the spirit remains the same – to put on the best show we possibly can!
